RESORT POLICIES

Check-In and Check-Out policy: Check-In: 2:00 PM, Check-Out: 12:00 PM

Early Arrival: We are pleased to offer early check-in for all guests, subject to room availability. Please notify us at least one day in advance to confirm room readiness.

Late Check-Out: We are happy to accommodate late check-outs, subject to room availability. Check-outs between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM will incur an additional fee of 50% of one night's room rate. Check-outs after 5:00 PM will be charged the full nightly room rate.

Payment Policy: We accept cash, bank transfer, and Wise.

Cancellation/Prepayment Policy: Please be aware that our cancellation policy states that the booking deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances if the booking is canceled.

Swimming Pool Policy: The swimming pool is open from 6:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.

Use of Hotel Facilities: The common areas and swimming pool are available exclusively for guests and authorized visitors.

Smoking Policy: Guests are permitted to smoke only on their own room balconies. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, in public areas, or in common areas.

Cleaning Policy: Guests can request cleaning services between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM.

Laundry Policy: Guests can request laundry services between 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM. We offer washing and drying services only. Please be advised that the resort cannot be held responsible for stains that cannot be removed, such as those caused by sunscreen, fruit gum, or other substances.

Identification Requirement: Please present a photo ID, such as a passport or, for Thai nationals, an ID card upon check-in.

Visitor Policy: Non-resident visitors must present an ID or passport each time they enter the resort premises.
